I became a Counsellor and Psychotherapist because I am passionate about helping people live their best lives.
I work with a wide range of emotional and personal issues such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and confidence, stress, and many more.
At the core of every therapy session, I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to share whatever you wish, actively listen, and help you better understand your feelings and behavior patterns.

I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, trained and accredited in person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy.
